The best flat stomach exercise is STOP EATING SO MUCH CRAP
Lay your back and fold a pillow, put it in between your thighs and squeeze it for two seconds. (I find it easier to put my feet on top of each other for support) Repeat until you just can’t do it any more, then do it again for ten whole seconds. It’s going to burn like hell but it freaking works.
